Overview

Today's fast-paced world of communications requires business leaders to be effective and efficient in communicating their message. In both leadership and managerial roles, executives must be able to translate visions, strategies, plans, issues, and attitudes into powerful communications. These communications are even more critical when delivered in the context of a hostile or diverse audience.


The program provides managers with the rare opportunity to receive executive-level, strategic coaching to further develop their communication abilities. This valuable experience is a necessity for executives whose success depends on their ability to persuade and influence both internal and external audiences.


Presentations: Coaching for Executives explores key communication challenges faced by senior managers. Participants not only learn best practices, but also hone their presentation skills under the direction of two highly regarded executive coaches. This program provides a unique opportunity to develop vital communication skills within a group setting that is both challenging and supportive.

Results-Oriented Process
Two nationally recognized communication coaches with extensive experience in corporate communications team-teach this 3-day program. The interactive learning approach provides a framework for each participant to learn new concepts, consistently apply them in an engaging way, and obtain feedback from instructors and peers in small group settings. Participants learn to recognize their strengths, learn timesaving techniques to enhance each presentation, and gain experience applying new best practices. Participants benefit from several video-based feedback sessions and leave with a videotape of their own presentations for further assessment. A presentations workbook is provided for use during the program and as a reference when learned techniques are later applied at the workplace.

Quantity Discount
A discount of 15% will apply to registrations of three (3) or more people from the same company registering as a group for the same specific program. Please note that this offer is contingent upon all registrants enrolling in the same program having the same start date. Program cancellations and program transfers affecting the minimum number of people enrolled in the program for which the discount applied will void the discount.
