The Office of Service and Continuous Improvement (OSCI) is an internal improvement group created by President Robert Bruininks in 2004 to enhance service, value, and efficiency at the University of Minnesota. The Joseph M. Juran Center has been involved with OSCI since its inception, advising and recruiting university staff and external business leaders for participation.
